Membership Work

I introduced myself and spoke about MCDA at our 5th/6th Grade District Honor Choir. Several directors requested more information on membership. This event is a great opportunity to expand our membership because there are quite a few directors from small schools/elementary schools who only attend this event.

I am working on putting together a form to collect contact information for the new directors in our district this fall.

Successes & Challenges

Our 5th/6th Grade District Choir event was held for the first time since March 2020! The event was well attended and a great day with our talented young singers!

We will be voting to raise our All-State audition fee to cover accompanist and adjudicator fees.
